Maintenance and Tech Tips for Bike’n Babes. Food for thought and fluids for inspiration: Get to know your bike and how to keep it running smooth for hassle free riding. Light snacks, beverages and useful info provided. Wine and light apps at D'vine Wine next door to Breck Velo from 5pm-6:30pm and the Babes Mini Mechanic Class from 6:30-8 pm.

Overview: Join the knowledgeable, patient and fun coaches from Babes increase your overall enjoyment on your mountain bike. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or a veteran rider seeking to hone your technical skills on steep switchbacks and challenging terrain, the Bike Babes Get A Way offers this and more. The Babes' philosophy of moving from center is woven throughout the weekend, including morning yoga, afternoon spa treatments and healthy organic meals.
The Beta:
Meet up with the Babes Friday Night for Babes Night Out to get dialed in on your bike and meet the group. Start the day off on Saturday with yoga for bikers to gain great awareness of body and breath. The morning we will focus on skills in the flat, grassy areas in Carter Park where we will go through the progression to hone the basics through fun exercises with our talented and friendly coaches. After a lunch break, we will suit up for an afternoon of on trail skills applications and insight on line selection and technical trail tips. The varied terrain will test our new found skills in on trail situations. Saturday afternoon, sign up for your spa treatment of your choice and then spend time exploring Historic downtown Breckenridge. Top the day off with a wine tasting and healthy dinner. Sunday will start off with yoga. Then we will head out for a ride to enjoy the incredible aspen lined single track right our door. The weekend wraps up mid afternoon with enough time for you to spend the afternoon relaxing in town or head out to catch your flight.
Things to bring: these items can also be purchased in town on Friday.
