Very Important Information:

Your registration is not confirmed until we have received confirmation of your credit card payment from Paypal. Please don't wait until the last minute to register. If using snail mail, please allow enough time for your check to arrive to ensure that we can provide you with all the information you will need to prepare for your trip or workshop.

International Trips/ Workshops Cancellation Policy: 

International Trips/Workshops: A $500 non refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Full Payment is due 60 days prior to the trip.  Cancellations made 60 days prior will receive a refund minus your deposit.  If a cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the workshop, a refund minus your deposit will be issued only if your spot can be filled.

All other clinics and programs:

Babes in the Backcountry Payment Schedule and Course Cancellation Policy:

Course tuition includes a $50 nonrefundable application fee. Our cancellation/refund policy and transfer policy are based on our investment in staff time, course planning, and purchases before your course.

Cancellation refunds will be given according to the following schedule:

Days prior to course start:

More than 60 days prior to course start: 100% of full tuition minus $50 application fee.59-21 days prior to course start: 50% of course fee minus $50 application fee.
20-8 days prior to course start: No refunds, however 50% minus the $50 application fee may be transferred to another course.
7 days or fewer prior to course start: No refunds or transfers.

If we cancel a trip: Babes in the Backcountry reserves the right to cancel a trip any time up to 7 days before a course if sign-up is inadequate to make the trip economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we will fully refund the tuition cost including the application fee. **If we cancel a course, the Babes in the Backcountry is NOT RESPONSIBLE for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip, e.g. transportation costs, gear, etc.**


 
We recommend that you take out trip insurance to cover any unforseen medical or family emergencies. Travel Guard or travelinsurance.com
